A few weeks ago on a Friday night after work, we took the plunge and got ourselves a new toy: a Nikon D5200 Camera. We'd talked about making this investment into our family so we could capture our adventures and daily lives, and the time had come. We headed down to Precision Camera & Video in Austin. We had heard great things about Precision and were not disappointed. Neither one of us could sleep Saturday morning, so we raced to the camera to see who would take the first picture (Elliott of course!) since it had to charge overnight. I will spare you those first few just-out-of-bed shots. We headed to Starbucks first, and then on to San Gabriel Park to take some early morning pictures of the park and river.
We took a few in front of our gallery wall to play around, which has changed since we took these pictures, and we had to get more on our porch of course. We can't wait to see all the memories we will capture with our new camera.
***Disclaimer: Nikon and Precision Camera & Video have no idea who I am and did not sponsor this post. I wanted to share our experience of these products and services with you.
